Meet Todd

Hello, I'm Todd, founder of Nickolas & Belle Educational Group.

I am an experienced educator and school leader with nearly two decades of experience helping students, families, and schools succeed. Throughout my career, I have served in a variety of educational roles, including teacher, instructional leader, and elementary school assistant principal. These experiences have provided me with a unique perspective on how schools operate and what helps students thrive both academically and personally.

As an educator, I have worked closely with hundreds of families navigating important educational decisions. As a parent, I understand that choosing the right educational path for your child can feel exciting, overwhelming, and deeply personal.

Nickolas & Belle Educational Group was founded from that understanding.

The company is named after my children, using their middle names, Nickolas and Belle. Their names serve as a daily reminder of why this work matters. Every child deserves an educational environment where they feel supported, challenged, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.
